To whom it may concern;
I am writing to note that my car was broken into on Friday, February 13, 2004, sometime between 5pm and 10pm, at the Parking lot located behind the Coffee Time at the Southeast corner of Dundas St. E and Mutual St.
When I got into my car, I noticed my car was not as I left it, with the empty ashtray on the passenger-side seat. I immediately searched the car and found no other damage or theft.
Although no items of any value were taken from the car, approximately $10 of change was taken from the car (from the ashtray located in the armrest).
There is also no damage to the car. It appears that the offending person pried the window on the front passenger-side open on the left-hand side and lifted it out of its rubber holdings, which gives enough space for what I would suspect an arm or another tool, which would open the door.
I have already reported this situation to the police, and while there is no damage done to the car and a negligible amount taken from my car, please be aware that I will not be using your parking facilities in the near future.
