Holy Crap, I almost wept. This looks amazing.

Y'know, I've been waffling about buying an XBox 360, but the price point (even with the $50 price drop for the normal 20gig system) coupled with the Rock Band Kit is really too steep for me right now... and then I see that trailer and I want it. So badly.

*sigh* I may hold a Rock Band party or two, but honestly, it's just not the same. The powerlessness of the Wii really just shines through like a worm in an apple. I can't imagine how handicapped the Wii/PS2 version of this will be. :\

In other game stuffs:
I'm sorely tempted with the Samus Phazon Suit figure.
An interview with Ernie Hudson on Ghostbusters 3, but really, the interview's more about the actor and how GB has impacted his life. A great read.
The second news article on the Penny Arcade site mentions a contest going on for tickets and hotel rooms for this year's PAX. I'm going to try, even though I've never been, maybe I can make it out to Seattle this year after all. Depends on if I win. ;)
Looks like we are getting a My Japanese Coach. I'll buy it. :)
[livejournal.com profile] fpelayo linked to this, and it's a sad thing: Funland is closing up shop. No more arcade machines downtown aside from Union Station, and those games are so broken.

If I was rich, I'd want that Samus too.

Ernie Hudson's interview on the Dinner for Five series covers a lot. And it's pretty humourous too.

....
Kevin is going to cry and beg for this, y'know. Even though he HAS a samus. (which he'd probably 'give' to his bro to make room for this) ^^;

... just wait a pay period and get a 360. You know you'll have a good selection of games to borrow to begin with. :)

The 360 just had a price drop, so it's a bit more affordable now. Also, Team Xecuter has released a method of fixing Red Ringed 360s, so you could pick one up off eBay for like $60, fix it, and BAM you has an XBox. :D

Now that's tempting, considering the price difference... I might need your help in identifying a decent "broken" XBox 360 ;)
