My morning jog went much better today. I managed to get to the bridge (my destination that I picked yesterday) without stopping. That's a very drastic improvement!

I want to try Red Bull. Maybe I'll stop yawning if I drink one of those. (It apparently has 15 stimulants - how can that be legal?) It's not typically sold here... I'm going to have to find a place that sells "soda" (American word for "pop"). Maybe Sugar Mountain...

Gabe at Penny Arcade has been ranting about a stupid advertisement for Blockbuster that lumps all gamers into a stereotype. One of the creative team behind the ad has replied to Gabe, stating "Any publicity is good publicity". How can people say that? If a game review says "this game is the worst I have ever seen", why would anyone try it? If a movie is panned across the board, how the heck is that good? Like Gabe said, making gamers look like 70s rejects is not going to bring them into the store. I don't understand advertising-types.

There was a sneak-preview of the new Harry Potter movie in Britain, and the reviews have come 11 days early. They say it's great, some scenes may be too scary for really young kids, and it's 152 minutes long. (This means I will have to bolt once the movie's done, or else I might be late for work. O_o)

ADV has announced, as part of its 10th anniversary, that it is currently preparing work on a 24-hour anime channel. ^_^ I wonder if they need Master Control Operators, if if the entire thing is self-sufficient...

in holland we can get red bull in every supermarket, it tastes nice and has just as much caffeine in it as one cup of coffee ;) Since I don't like jolt at lanparties I tend to drink that more often. Jolt on the other hand can only be bought in exclusive stores and in some liqor stores. When someone organises a lanparty someone has to get it out of germany ;))

Red Bull is some kind of pop?
You say Red Bull and just *guess* what comes into my mind.

Hmm...I think the question is *where* will the master control station be? If its in Toronto....

i say 'pop', when most southerners say 'coke' (yes, coke. generic word for carbonated beverage. 'i'd like a coke.' 'what kind?' 'pepsi.') but that's just cause my mom lives in ohio and it rubs off... at least i don't pronounce it like they do... in their nose... "paaahp."

red bull is okay... i like the original thai version better... its much sweeter. the american version is bitter and SUPER carbonated. whatever you do, don't mix 'energy drinks' with alcohol. they can give you a heart attack.

Heh heh... Saku, you'll fit right in with Canada with your "pop"! ^_^

I've heard about that with Alcohol and Red Bull... but all engery drinks? Good to know. It's not likely that I'll get near booze anyhow :P
