Firefox 3 is running nice and stable. :D Sitting at a pretty 100megs of memory used, rather than 250megs or more (in one extreme case, 1gig!). :)
Did anyone see this article about how Astronauts have used good ol'-fashioned Duct Tape for some of their repairs?
I know
liradralyn is expressing some problems with her laptop lately, and I happened across this Gallery of Gadget Revenge that I'm sure a lot of people will enjoy looking at. :D (By the way, we have a tape eraser at work, effectively a very strong magnet. I am always concerned with using that thing whenever I'm carrying anything that isn't a video tape, including my ID card.)
Hm, I have another 160GB hard drive here... and now I remember why my C: Drive is filling up. I allocated 50GB (of a 80GB drive) to a Linux partition which has not yet occured. Maybe I should just throw the 160 in and Ghost it.
(Hey, by the way, I have two free gift codes for the first episode of Season Two of Sam & Max - "Ice Station Santa". First two people who want them, I'll forward them the e-mail so they can redeem it!)

Hooray for Firefox 3! :) So you aren't having any weird stale-image problems with it? I've been harassing ATI about it, and so far it looks like I might just have a faulty card... bleh..

Sadly, I have an NVidia card, so I'm not experiencing the same problem. "Stale-image"? As in the image stays up even after you minimize a window or something?
