Okay, so I've got a question for my food-making friends.

When a person puts together a recipe that calls for nothing but brown and white ingredients, is there any way for the resulting mixture to come out a dull green? O_o

The kid in me that learned their Primary Colours is telling me that you can't get Green out of Brown unless it's a form of subtraction... and I'm fairly certain cooking is (mostly) addition...

First off, here's a half-time show. It's too bad we're on the opposite side of the field, but nonetheless, you can see what's going on. Keep an eye out for Pokemon fight (between two people on the field!) and Super Mario (again, one person acting as Mario).

And here's a couple of stop-motion Mario Kart Parodies. First one is "Super Manrio Kart". Look for the Red/Blue Sparks!

"Invisible Harleys". I liked the use of an invincibility star in this one.

Well... if your brown food was a more green-brown then adding white ingredients would make it a dull green... that's probably the best explanation.

I find the best way of avoiding green food is don't leave it in the fridge for more than a week...

I loves the marching band! I've never wanted to join a marching band so much in my life!

You're not helping to sway me from my want to buy a ? block cushion before leaving here :p
(I wonder if I could make a stop-motion movie with my Mac... hmmm...)

Oh, they're awesome! We have one here, plus, it makes the coin sound when you hit it from below ;)

Or, perhaps a Goomba's more your thing? It makes the "ba-whop" noise when you hit it from above. ;P

(Yes, I'm not helping XD)

Nope, the ingredient list was pecans, maple syrup, sugar, water, and baking soda. That's it.

So confused O_o

chemical reactions often cause color changes, baking = chemical reactions, so its not a case of adding colors.

And YES, you can get green from brown and back and forth just mixing paint.
Brown + yellow + blue LOL although yours sounds like heating too much or your walnuts were off. Or, the syrup.
