On a lighter note, I've made Lemon-Cherry Pie. I took a normal pie shell, placed dividers in an "X" formation and filled each quarter with cherry or lemon pie filling. It's kinda hard to explain, but it looks like 4 quarter-pies assembled together in a pseudo-checkerboard pattern.
