Nya~, I have a lot to mention, seeing that I've been unable to update for 3 whole days. O_o
Well, let's start with work. Paul, on Tuesday, came in quite sick. Wednesday, he was sweating so heavily he ended up sleeping in the bathtub, apparently. O_o Because they couldn't schedule anyone at such late-notice (two of our four workers were on vacation, and the freelancer couldn't be reached), I ended up staying at work from 5:30am-8:30pm. I had to cancel my meeting with Andria (from CityTV. I'll have to reorganize that another day. Because of that, I also was unable to go downtown and get stuffs that I wanted to get for my costume. I'll have to get it next week.
At least I have some major coin from this week. Working the Statutory Holiday and then an additional 6 hours overtime... I think I'll stash a lot of it into my savings account, nya~
I need a new brain. One that retains information better. I think mine is made of Teflon. O_o
We have a poor phoneline at work - I called Sheena and I could barely hear her over the noise. If we end up with a dial-up Internet here, it's going to have no practical use. v_v
I've been trying to contact our satellite guys for the past 3 days with no response at the other end - it's like a meteor landed square on TARBS TV.
Later on, I got a call asking for a specific tape. I had looked at all the tapes earlier, but I decided to look again anyway. After a few minutes (and not finding it), I mentioned that one of the other executives might have it. He did. So I was looking for a tape that's not here. (If I did find it, the guy wanted me to courier it to him by 10:00 tomorrow.) o_()
Can anyone beat a Hiscore of 38,235,750 on Space Cadet Pinball? ^_^
Beware! The Twister scratch-n-win game is deceiving! I picked one up, and about halfway through I had scratched 3 $5,000 symbols... after a moment of disbelief I continued scratching - and uncovered 3 $50,000 symbols... That's when I realized that I had uncovered 3 symbols on 3 different games... Dammit. Oh well, better luck next time.
"Doc, you gotta help me! Some mornings, I wake up, and I think I'm Mickey Mouse. Some mornings, I wake up and I think I'm Donald Duck."
"Hm. How long have you had these Disney spells?"
March 11, 2003. Mark it on your Calendar, for Pioneer is releasing Chobits Vol 1. ^_^
It is getting COLD here in the mornings... yuck. Time to find my jacket...
Hey, if your fetish is for dead cats, would that be nekonecrophilia?
A new chapter is written in Christianity - literally. The Pope, in order to get more people praying, has added a fourth Rosary mystery - The Mystery of Light. Interesting.
I took some artichokes over to Sheena's on Thursday. Whoops, we forgot completely about them. Eat them quickly, for they go bad quick...
I never noticed this until I went looking through my archive of webcomics... but here on Real Life, Greg has a Gir stuffed animal on his monitor. It's pretty easy to spot - look for the lime-green thing. ^_^
On the way home on Thursday, I noted that there is an absolutely enormous Harry Potter: Chamber of Secrets poster on the top of a building. Still no Draco, sorry Shota fans :P
Anyone else want to go to Japan with me? Wataame-chan, there is a flight path that stops off at Vancouver before flying to Japan... :P
Ah, yes, lemme get back to dates. Wednesday - worked 5:30am-8:00pm. Thursday, I went over to Sheena's after work and us (along with Sabrina) worked on my neko outfit. ^_^ Sheena worked on the paws, Sabrina the ears, and me on the collar and tail.
On Friday, after work, I went home and drove Dad to the airport, then went downtown to meet with Sabrina again, and wandered (with purpose, mind you) to Kikiwai (got a SaiKano and Chobits CD, as well as the third Chobits manga), AnimExtreme (twice, 'cause I wanted to get the NewType USA magazine), a place that sold Mahjongg tiles (now all we need to do is learn the game O_o), and then on to UTARPA, where I wore the catears, collar (with big catbell) and tail. Unfortunately, Sheena's needle broke so she couldn't stitch my paws together, but they'll be ready for the dance next week, which is the main point of the outfit. ^_^
I won a "Best-of" Ranma 3-VHS set. Wierd collection - 2 episodes on each tape - Best of Ranma, Best of Ryoga, and Best of Rumiko Takahashi. I'll put it with my other DVDs and tapes I still need to watch. :P
I saw Hellsing tonight. Wow. I so want to see more of that. Whatever that chick's name was that looks bishie - all the girls were upset that she wasn't a guy - I personally didn't find her attractive. :P But I want to see more of that series, it's just too cool to miss. ^_^
Neko-J was at UTARPA all night. Now Neko-J needs sleep. Nya Nya~

But on the other hand, its nice to see a long haired bishie be a shoujo instead of a shonen ^_^
moo moo moo- It would be nice to go to japan, but I don't think I can afford it.
