Is it really called "Breaking News" if it happened 2-3 hours ago? 680 News has been using their "Breaking News" sting sound effect a lot today and it's regarding stuff that's happened over the course of the morning. I think they're using it just to keep people's interest piqued.

By the way, anyone kinda interested in buying things from the States? Now would be a good time - the US dollar is at parity with the Canadian Dollar! (I never expected this day to come, to be honest... I'm stunned... it means bad things for Canadian Manufacturing and Film Production - heck, it's been bad ever since it hit 90 cents, unfortunately)

I think they call it breaking news even a few hours later because people are always tuning in and out of a station like 680News although admittedly it does get annoying ^_^
