Today was meh. Not much really happened at work, except for the fact that computer didn't have enough diskspace to record what was supposed to be recorded at 3:30am (when no-one's there) >_<

...and then later finding out that it was recorded previously yesterday.

Did a little shopping today - now there's a "bubblerod" in my fishtank. I think the fish don't like it tho - it's kinda... intrusive. And I've realized that the bubblerod puts airbubbles into my water filter, so the water filter makes a little "psh" noise every minute or so when air gets pushed through it. The air pump's wires aren't very long, either - it's currently dangling outside of the tank. At least it doesn't hum or rattle like when it's placed on a surface. I may need to rethink this layout...

I think the fish are acting up. Maybe this is their normal behaviour to change. I'll see what they're doing tomorrow and hope that they're not so antsy. Maybe I'll trim the thing down a touch and lay it across another wall.

I got the cats-eye contacts today. I've just opened them, and because I have zero knowledge of hoe to properly care for them, I don't know what I'm supposed to do beforehand. I guess I should take them out of the little bottles of liquid and put them in the "Foureyez" solution for a couple of hours...

taking care of contacts? store them always in saline solution, and wash them before and after every time you put them in. ooo, and ALWAYS wash your hands before handling them. *nods*

Wow, that was probably the fastest reaction time to a post yet. ^_^

*goes to put Contacts in solution and then prepares soups for dinner*

Err, I think I spoke to you about this already...

In addition to angel's post, i feel i should add:
"If your eyes burn, take the lenses out!"
"If they shift (ie, move around when you blink or look around) take them out, you've probably got them in inside out!"

What exactly are your fish doing that could possibly be construed as "acting up"?

I think they're acting up because they're darting around wildly - more than usual, I mean. They typically dart around when I turn on the light in the morning. O_o

I need to fix that bubblerod, or else the water filter's "fsh"ing is going to drive me bonkers.
