Has anyone ever been to a Mongolian Grill before? If you've been to a place in downtown Toronto called Zyng, you're getting a similar experience. Christine and I originally were planning on going for Teppanyaki, but right beside them was the Mongolian Grill, and I've been curious ever since seeing it a few years ago. It's essentially a buffet, but you go up and pick meats, vegetables and other toppings (including sauces), and then you go up to a couple of chefs who have a large circular cooking stone where they quickly grill your food with a pair of giant sticks, and in a flash, your bowl is transformed into a personalized stir-fry. It's really cool :) I'd really recommend it, and I want to have a party there. :D
Anyone who reads Go-Nintendo will have seen this awhile ago, but I want to link it because they kinda MSTify old NES games. And this one looked pretty bad off the bat. I liked their ribbing though ^^
Here's a re-edited version of the Planes, Trains and Automobiles trailer. It's got a Brokeback Mountain feel, now. XD (Kinda like the Shining re-cut trailer that I saw a year or so ago, before YouTube was around...)
I finally got around to looking at the teaser trailer for Metronome... looks cool. :)
Oh my God. It's a train wreck, this is... a Tickle Me Elmo on fire. I had so much trouble holding back my laughter... so wrong....
After watching Ice Age 2 for the umpteenth time, I mused that someone, somewhere, must have made a mini-movie out of just the Scrat scenes. Amazingly enough, I didn't see it anywhere on YouTube, but I did find a couple of short films... (that last one I found while searching for Scrat stuff)
And while going through 1up's "101 Free Games" (sorry Mac users, they're primarily PC-based), I came across The Phone. It's short and not that difficult, but I had a lot of fun with the piano. :) (What, no Cave Story mentioned? Shame. :P)

There's two Mongolian Grills around here; one in Waterloo (which is the one that Phil and I always go to) and one in Cambridge. We love going there to eat so we try to go every few months. Only problems I've ever had when we go there are: a) my chick peas always end up either in the hole/centre of the grill or in Phil's meal (*sniffle* my poor yummy chick peas!!); b) one time I don't think my chicken was fully cooked because it made me a bit sick; and c) I get full too quickly ^^;;;;
