I apologize if I frightened anyone away with my last post. Still feeling down, but better than last night.

Dear GOD, there's a reason that I didn't choose the life as a call-in Computer Specialist.

I just spent 30 minutes talking to one of my seniors (I used to just mow her lawn, now that we've both moved, she just needs computer help), and her descriptions of things just baffle me.

I can't find my Taskbar... (she somehow clicked the line and dragged it to the bottom of the screen, hiding it from view)
Everythings' dark, and when I click the Bold thing it gets darker. (i.e. She's selected the "Bold" button.)
There's a circle with lines coming out of it... (that's an icon of a sun i.e. the Brightness logo.)
There's a something with ...something on top of it, and there's this... thing I can't describe what it looks like. (When I asked her what icons she has...)

Well, at least she can play Bridge. That's her mainstay. But now she has no sound. (I blame her "friend" who came over to try to fix the things that she's come to me for.)
