Last week, I happeed upon an old 21-inch CRT monitor that was being thrown out. Being the packrat that I am and not wanting a perfectly good monitor to go to waste, I snagged it, and a couple of days ago I hooked the thing up. It takes up a lot more space on my desk than should be necessary (if I could remove a little bit of the supports in the desk, it could sit back further - that's a project for another date) but it looks absolutely gorgeous. :D

While I was looking through Kotaku last night, I came upon a couple of somehwat-related Youtube Videos - How Not To Be Seen in Halo, and Star Trek finds Camelot. (Which reminds me, I need to get tickets for Spamalot soon, it closes in Septmeber 10 here!)

I also recently found the Wilhelm Scream Compilation, and I'm not certain if I linked it or not. But afer hearing the scream over and over, I'm going to laugh out loud every time I hear it. XD

I don't know how I got to America's got Talent from Monty Python, but I went looking at some acts - Quick Change (I love how unimpressed Brandy looks at first), Mark The Knife (Part 1 and Part 2), and here's the winner of the first season of America's Got Talent, Bianca Ryan. While looking through the Wiki entry, I noticed Tom Green was on the season finale that was unaired, so I go looking for "Tom Green talent" on Youtube, and Youtube suspiciously locks up. It's like I searched for a contradiction. :P

I miss Pac-Man cereal. It was like Corn Pops with Mini-Marshmallow ghosts. :P

Hee hee I'm from a family that snags stuff away from companies and from litterbins as well ;) Furniture, electronics and other stuff that just shouldn't go to waste ;)
