Thursday night I didn't sleep well, as if the day of the con was Christmas. I guess it kinda was...
Friday @ Con was spent working off my exhibiter's pass (behind a table selling Graphic Novels), but I got a ton of Chobits stuff. ^_^ Lots of costumes today, there will be even more tomorrow. I'm wearing my Yorokonde uniform at the con tomorrow and Sunday.
Saturday - after work at IPTN I went to the con and worked the majority of the day there too. It's a tradeoff - I got a free pass, so I'm happy to work for the one who got me the pass. Only got a Lain "Bootleg" t-shirt today. (It's real, it just says Bootleg on it.) Only a couple of people asked who I was - because I was working at the con the Yorokonde detail was hidden. And when I wasn't behind the dealer's room table, I had 3 people ask me where certain rooms were located. O_o I don't think the hired help wears gold-coloured suits. ^_^ I guess that means it's a convincing uniform.
I will buy the Hand Maid May DVDs, Lain Boxset, and Bubblegum Crisis OVA Boxset tomorrow.

That's that for now, the DVDs tomorrow will really put me over the top. ^_^
This caught my attention. Apparently they just cracked down on a Medial Marijuana ring that's been operating for the past 3 months (with the police's knowledge). The funny thing is that they mention that a guy with lung cancer is taking marijuana. Does this sound conflicting to you? Furthermore, they staged a peaceful protest, just smoking joints outside the Health building, and the police didn't arrest them, because they were being peaceful. Wasn't the Medical Marijuana building "peaceful"?
I found out that the age of sexual consent is 14 in Canada. O_o I thought it was 18, like most American states. What's Japan's?
