Aargh, I got outbid by some jerkface 30 seconds before the Auction ended at Ebay.ca for an autographed Mario Sunshine Gamecube Game. Signed by Shigeru Miyamoto, the creator of Mario, himself *grins maniacally*
Of course, because I was working I couldn't watch the auction (which ended around 3:00pm)... if I bidded on one of the other two that were there, I might have had a better chance.
Ah well, I've put my bids in again for the next three. There's 10 in total, so I have another 5 chances to get my hands on one.

So much money for...Mario...
You must really like Miyamoto...
Actually, I would pay for a chance to ask him a question: "Just what the hell gave you, a Japanese businessman, the idea to use a squat italian-american plumber and his skinny brother as your flagship videogame characters? And then have some crazy trippy "mushroom" kingdom thing going on...."

I just think it's a great way to get a game and have one of 10 signed copies of the game ^_^ - plus the proceeds go to the Starlight Foundation, so it's not like Nintendo's being greedy or anything.
Yeah, I wonder about the Mushrooms too.
And the Pikmin. I don't think I ever mentioned this - but that game features "Yellow Submarine"-like enemies (brightly-coloured), and there's some areas where you pick "grass" to "power-up" your Pikmin. O_o
