My sister is moving to Halifax on the 28th v_v
We don't have the money to fly her out and ship her stuff (it would've cost an extravagant amount of money, and a lot of moving companies - including UHaul - assume you're moving within the city, so cross-country is almost impossible to find), so it's a roadtrip for her with a moving truck.
She'll come back to Toronto for major holidays (Christmas, for example), but she's got this awesome house that she's living in, with 2 other guys. One of the guys' Dad bought the house outright, so they're not having to pay through the nose for it, either. (And considering she's in Halifax and not Toronto, rent is much cheaper there.)
Seanna still doesn't know what she wants to do, but she definitely has the skills to be in Drama. Mom thinks she'd fit right in doing Street Cents. ^_^ (Thankfully, it's a Salter Street Films / CBC Production, and it's right there in Halifax.)
Nothing eventful to report today, although I kept myself busy at work 'cause I had to free up some space on the TV server - or else it would have run out of diskspace during the overnight recording. :P
The con is only a few days away - I need to patch up the Yorokonde Outfit (I found a loose thread) and figure out how to get it not to flip inside-out :P
Throat still hurts. I'm not going to drink tea right now 'cause then I'd be awake for anothre hour or two. I guess I'll go drink milk or something syrupy...
