Someone was having Wong Wing General Tao's Chicken for lunch at work today. The packaging is awesome - it looks like the Chinese Take-Out packages. However, the problem is that every time I see Wong Wing, I think Wing Wong. Damn you Scott Ramsoomair! :P
And then every time I walk by the IGA (as I went to try to findWing Wong Wing, there's this huge group of pigeons. And every time I see that, I go Pidgey, Pidgey, Pidgey... Potato?
*watches again* Heh. I love Pilz-E.
It's always the little things that get to me. Thankfully, these "little things" can all be thrown into a box and stored somewhere until I feel ready to sort through them. (And yes, I'm speaking literally. I'm a paper packrat. I have probably 100 movie ticket stubs, countless fourtune cookie fortunes, and tons of trading cards that probably will never be completed because they were free giveaways. Maybe I need a scrapbook.) I'm almost done cleaning up my condo, however, and that makes me feel good. ^_^ (eee, it's almost organized!)
Oh, Vampy - is there any chance you might be able to bring your Digital Camera to the Gathering? I'd like to take some pictures of my place for those who haven't seen it yet - including Lauren and Nathalie in other countries. ^_^
I've been thinking about going Japan-Bound (not EarthBound) again. I had read an article in the newspaper (either today's Metro or an old Toronto Star article) and it got me to thinking it to be easier than I think it really is. But with some more thinking over the course of the day, it'd mean I'd have to leave all that I've set up recently to go there for a year, at least, and I wouldn't make enough to support my condo and living there on my own. Well, it's still worth a shot, I figure - I mean, why not? If I get accepted, then cool. If I'm not, then that's cool too.

Hmm... Chinese Takeout packages. You mean styrofoam containers? :p lol. Cause those paper things aren't really Chinese... They're american chinese. And that's not really chinese at all :p (Styrofoam keeps sauce, grease and heat inside better)
I'd recommend Oxford Seminars though, over Japan bound. I dunno how established they are in terms of arranging with schools, as well as getting their whole Visa thing worked out. There are two different Visas available for teaching and they GREATLY affect how much you pay in taxes and other stuff such as that. You can make money while over there, but I mean... If you're paying for your condo here while you're there...

The "paying here while I'm there" thing is weighing on my mind. ECC mentions that I can't support a family on the wages - and while I'm no-where near that, if the most I can save is $300-500 a month, that's not covering my mortgage or car payments. It looks like they're mostly aiming for people who don't have any financial obligations (aside from perhaps paying down a credit card bill). Well, we'll see. Thanks for the suggestion!
