Sabrina and I went to Pacific Mall on Saturday and wandered for the good half of the day.
Our only major purchases were Candy (YanYan and Pucca for me, Hello Panda for her) and DDR games (Konamix for me, DDRMAX 6th Mix for her). ^_^
We went to the arcade at Pacific Mall and found it packed - amazingly packed, but then again, it was the weekend :P
We also visited Market Village, the little mall that I used to visit before Pacific Mall showed up. It's changed a lot since I was there last... Sabrina and I found a "midway" (arcade with ticket redemption, like a Chuck E. Cheese) and Sabrina pounded the crap out of Moles and Spiders while I bet on candy and a spinning wheel. ^_^ I want to go back there and play that coin game that the girl was playing - she was winning hundreds of tickets O_O If I knew, I would've played that earlier...
(Checking Orbit's forum website, they're holding a DDR tourney on August 24th - when CNAnime's on. boo.)
We ended up going back home afterwards, and I remembered that I was invited to a BBQ at a friend's house. Drew is a great guy - he manages to always have something interesting going on. So Sabrina and I went there, and I ended up running into two people that I hadn't seen for several YEARS - one from High school and one from Elementary school. O_o I was completely floored... they say typically that you rarely keep in touch with anyone from highschool - it's true for me - I rarely see any highschool friends anymore. Mainly since the past 4 years I've been with my college friends :P
How Erica knew that I was with U8TV/The Lofters is anyone's guess ^_^
Oh, and Captain Tsubasa: Road to 2002 is *not* a space drama... It's a soccer anime. I wonder what anime we saw at Pacific Mall now...

Pacific Mall is all about video games and cute food, isn't it?
The next time we go, we'll try the "million" machine again, and see if we can't get you that PS2 we saw there. The kiddie arcade was great, but next time I'm willing to spend a bit more time in Orbits. I'd like to try Para Para, (it looked like so much fun when you were doing it) and if I try to back out of it, whack me. We'll go earlier in the morning and it won't be so packed.
All day, it was like, "Jason's old friends -filled funfest-day". First John, and then at Drew's.
I have to admit that I was kind of nervous at Drew's for awhile, but I'm glad you remembered the invitation- if you hadn't gone, and we had stayed at your house, you wouldn't have seen all your old friends- drunk. Broom dance, anyone? Well, it was mostly the guys, wasn't it? Teresa and I had a good time laughing at them.
I haven't gotten time to try out DDR Max yet! Tomorrow I swear!

I hope that it wasn't too boring for you - I kinda dragged you to the BBQ. I apologize if I deserted you v_v
It's good that you made a couple of friends, tho ^_^
The best parties are when everyone else - except yourself - is drunk, then it gets *really* wacky.
Re:
Drew's backyard was gorgeous, the party was fun and
I enjoyed meeting all those people.
