Eeeps. That wasn't good.

Well, the day was, I lounged (again! Yay for laziness!) and was taken out to a Christmas Dinner for my Mom's side of the family. I always enjoy these parties; I get to see family who I haven't seen for months, or sometimes even a year!

Unfortunately on the way home, Mom's car caught a flat tire. We got stranded on the side of Eglinton Ave for the better part of an hour (whee, burning rubber smell! :\) until someone was able to tow it (the first guy came fast, and was going to change the tire, but the spare was frozen into the trunk and he deemed it unsafe to drive on, and he had to call a tow truck in). We got a lift from Seanna's roomie and headed home.

My toes are frozen. >< Time for beddiebye...

I was surprised, myself. I made a suggestion that Mom call the carmaker and ask them to add something... like a drain so that water could flow out.

Even just taking a drill to the spare-tire holding area would be better...
