Awww! Marg across the hall is moving away. ;_;

Thankfully, she's not moving too far - her other brother, Darren, who also lives in this complex (David was the first brother I met, and I purchased my condo from him), has bought a house and so he's moving out, and she's moving to his condo 10 stories down.

So I still have a friend in the condo. And the family is in Room A at the Parade tomorrow - Blue Bunnies and Tigers. I'll have to keep an eye out for them. :D

(Sorry, the place across the way is already purchased... :P)

How do you tell if a pomegranite is good?? I haven't had one since grade 2, and I keep seeing them at the grocery store for a decent price... but don't know how to select or prepare... *sigh* they is such pretty colours :D

I typically get one if it's really firm. And to prepare one (which I find to be labour-intensive but well worth it!), I basically cut around it from the top to the bottom, just deep enough to cut the skin, and then try to seperate a section from the whole, and put the berries in a bowl, discarding all the yellow flesh inside. Don't want all those berries to be cut open!

There's still other places in this complex for sale... and I bet it'll keep changing over the next year/year-and-a-half. I'll keep an eye out. ;)
