Last night after work I headed over to Ginny's place for a birthday party. She has a loom! :D I met a number of great people, and there was a lot of laughter, pumpkin-spanking and slurred speech (from two sources - alcohol, and me just with my brain malfunctioning). Thanks for inviting me, Ginny! It was great! :D
So I have a Dining Room table now! :D I travelled up to Newmarket with my Mom and met up with my Aunt Barb and Uncle Jamie, where they had a relative of theirs that was getting rid of an old table.
When we got there, their little poodle-mix, Jenna, was so hyper! :P She's actually quite smart - she's not allowed in the Dining Room/Living Room, so she stands at the invisible edges of the rooms, and, being extremely excited in seeing people, is jumping around and scrabbling at the doorframe. :P
We loaded the table in the car and headed off, and it was a snap to reassemble - just put the legs back on and presto! It even comes with a pair of - is the term "leafs"? - to extend the table from a circle to a partially-oval shape. I don't have the space for that quite yet, tho, so those'll go to storage.
But at least I have a table now! :D
Logan Interactive has finally updated MOTAS. I'm going to have to play through it again just to see the new level they added on!
Ah, drat. Anyone want to buy a Rack-Sack garbage bag holder? I discovered that the screws will go right through the door so I want to return it, but I can't find the receipt. I think I accidentaly left it behind when I returned a can opener or something.
