Irrevocable def.: Impossible to retract or revoke: an irrevocable decision. My offer stands until tomorrow evening. And to think that as of last Friday, I was going to put in an offer at the Don Mills/Overlea place. It's only been a week!
GST, in this case, is included in the purchase price. I thought it wouldn't be, so that saves me over $7,000 in Tax. o.o

I will have to start collecting Loonies for Laundry. :P I have a plan already to collect my loose change, which I have found - due to a co-worker's idea back in my Canadian Tire days - can add up to an amazing total, as long as I don't go dipping in it all the time.
This grey overshirt I am wearing, that has the appearance that it is permanently wet (it gets progressively darker as it gets closer to the bottom base of the shirt), is in fact mine.
There is a condo being built on the East side of our office, called simply "Q". The price is an incredible $189,900. O.o

As it turns out, I do need to go back in and re-negotiate as he offered a negotiation today as well.
I was just reading the 6-page Terms and Conditions today, as I like to read everything (even if I did sign it 6 hours before...)
I'll have full ownership by October. That's gonna be such a switch!
