Hey, this is cool news!

I've been disappointed with G4TechTV ever since I heard about what G4 did with TechTV. Interestingly enough, Leo Laporte also was dropped from the Screen Savers lineup, which made me even more upset.

However, it appears that Leo will be doing "Call For Help" in Canada! While it states he'll be in Canada for the new show this coming Monday, he's going to be in Toronto for only one week in a month, and I guess he'll be going through some major shoot schedule for a week.

I'm pleased with this. Leo was the real reason I liked watching TechTV. This doesn't change the fact that G4 fired the majority of TechTV's workers, but the Canadian portion of G4TechTV is listening to us. ^_^

Anyhoo.... if anyone wants some nice anime scans, check out this directory every month or so. Bookmark it. It has tons upon tons of scans, typically from Megami's latest magazine. *nosebleed*

the reason leo didn't stay on (because G4 was FLOODED with emails by angry techies, so originally they HAD to take him back) was because G4 decided to move techtv to los angeles and leo didn't want to leave his farm and his goats.

I'm kinda hyped by the thought that Leo's in Toronto for one week every month. :D I'd love to meet the guy in person sometime. Or even work with him. :)

i'd love to work for techtv... not so much for G4, because they're idiots.

i mean, how the fuck do you have a network entierly devoted to video games? really?

people watched techtv because they fucking like hearing about technical specs to an alienware. that's why screen savers was on for FOUR HOURS.
