Today was the first day after the "real" move last night (i.e. the remainder of the office stuff came down to the new location last night, so everyone was in the new offices as of today).
We're having trouble with the phones - we can get calls in but we can't dial out, so bear with us. XD
Oh yeah, and our Network computer wasn't around so we didn't have Internet access at all today, nor did we even have interoffice stuff. But that's fine, because now we can just shout over the cubefarm to find people. XD
(I can't wait until I see my first instance of "prairie-dogging" in the new office. It's what happens when a loud noise, like a glass cup shattering, which causes people to peek their heads over the cubicle dividers, like prairie dogs.)
It was pretty relaxed today. We just had the entire day of organizing all the stuff we packed into boxes and figuring out where it's gonna go. I have a pile of wires in Master Control with no home, unfortunately. We need to find a place for those.
Barring getting a freelancer in last-minute (-_-);; I'm going in on Sunday. If there's no Internet access, I'll make sure to find something to do, whether it be sorting the tapes out or just vegetating.
I'm really digging this music by Jakalope... *rocks in the basement*
