I decided today to not take my car to work as I want to save on a) parking and b) gas. I had checked The Weather Network this morning and saw that there was a high change of a thunderstorm this afternoon.
I decided to risk it.
It was a nice trip in to work today, a bit cold, but that was offset by Master Control today, which was still hot as ever. With lights on, for some reason, I had gotten used to the "weather" inside.
I finally leave work around 4:15 today, and take the subway back home. I walk out of the station and face a cloudy-grey sky and not a raindrop in sight.
I was just musing earlier today to
angel_machine about how we never get the really dark and ferocious thunderstorms during the day.
Well, as it stands right now, the wind is whipping up and I believe rain is beginning to fall. There's a major tornado warning for most of the outlying areas of Toronto and a Humidity of 93% this evening and 100% humidity overnight. O.o
It's gonna be both a comfortable (thunderstorms relax me), and yet, uneasy (heat and humidity does not) sleep tonight.
