Why is it every time I hear the J-Pop band's name of "UNDER17", I'm immediately reminded of Pretty Cure? They don't have anything to do with the music that I can see...

Maybe I'm associating UNDER17 with Figure 17 and ... no, I don't see any connections there either...

I guess it's just the boppy music. Popotan's Opening song is by UNDER17, and the ending song is by Funta. I managed to find non-TV-sized versions of the three Popotan songs here.

*pokes around* Oooh, pretty wallpaper. ^_^

There's a group of artists, I'VE (Onegai Teacher, and a LOT of H-game songs) and they have a subsidarary branch of younger talent called "UNDER 17". At least, that's what I remember reading a while back..
