Went to Dominion to pick up some more cream for icecream, and I was hungry, so I picked up a coconut and...

I ended up getting some Chocolate Milk and Pink Lemonade. But I also noticed that now Dominion is carrying those bamboo sticks that are showing up all over Chinatown. And they were considerably less than the ones in Chinatown, too. O_o

I wanna see Osmosis Jones - although it flopped, I'd like to see the animation.

Along the way home I remembered the song of The Logdriver's Waltz... I remember seeing the video for this a lot on the CBC when I was little. It was an National Film Board short, but unfortuantely the original song isn't as good as the NFB version. ^_^ Find the song on KaZaA or your local file-sharing posse and sing along!

And 'burling' apparently is the term for logdrivers that are doing their little spinning-log step to keep themselves upright.

I remember the Logdriver short! I remember it used to come on YTV back when I was a little kid. It was my second-favorite, after "the cat came back" short. Ahh, back in the day, when YTV used to have some culture to it...they showed Red Dwarf saturday afternoons and had NFB animation shorts in between the *real* cartoons.

Bring back BritCom! We need our Red Dwarf to compliment our Monty Python!

I also remember "Short Circuits"... basically computer animated shorts, all taken from the "Mind's Eye" Videos, and Pixar shorts.

I wanted to work with YTV... it seemed to be such a fun place to be.
