Jake got his nails clipped today, and he's all happy and hyper right now - either because he's not clacking around the house, or he's happy to be back from the Vet. :P
Interesting little things I've picked up from surfing today:
RedOctane has started a website called GetUpMove.com, which profiles how one girl lost 95 pounds through playing DDR, and wants others to try the same.
DDRFreak links to an article from 1UP about the conditions of arcades in North America. It seems to be a very in-depth article, and they even talk about that odd "Derby" horse-racing game; I need to read it later.
Norway is about to officially register DDR as a sport! This article from the BBC website talks about the phenomenon that is DDR.
I picked up Abenobashi 2 and Haibane Renmei 4 yesterday, as well as the latest NewType. I've got some watching and reading to do! :P
Now, you might have seen We Like The Moon before, and apparently the guy behind them is going some rather well-received commercials in the UK. But now there's Quizno's Subs advertisements with the "spongmonkeys". (play the video to see the commercial. It's just as disturbing as the original. Just with product placement.)
Here's a touching, short 10-page comic.
