I had SUCH a packed day today. Here it is, almost 11pm, and I'm writing up my day's events. :P
So, this morning, me and Kristy went up to Pacific Mall and wandered a bit and played what we discovered is the ultimate in fun - DrumMania and Guitar Freaks linked together! :D I haven't had that much fun in the arcade since discovering DDR. ^_^
After dropping Kristy off at work, I went and met up with Chris and Ysa and went to Gabby's in hopes for some Sour Dough Garlic Bread, but unfortunately they didn't carry it at that specific place. ;_; I got Spinach-Artichoke Dip instead and had a nice late lucnh with them. ^_^
I dropped Chris and Ysa off at their place (actually, at the lights as I was running late) and raced to the dentist. Yeah, not the best thing to have to do on my birthday, but at least it's done. ^_^
Then over to The Keg to meet my parents for dinner. Our waitress/server had her birthday today, too! :D My parents got me a subscription to Playback, and when I returned I called my sister and opened her gift (which has been sitting here at home for over a week) - The Python's Autobiography by the Pythons. O_O I didn't know this existed! *glee* I have a LOT of reading to do.... it's one HEAVY book. XD
Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday - I did have a happy one. :) Here's to another year! KAMPAI! :D
I think this Gathering / SeanCon is going to be SO MUCH BIGGER than anticipated. I've counted 19 people so far, and no doubt I'm missing... ok, 20 now, I remembered someone - I know I'm missing people. I picked up a menu for Alegno's if anyone wants to purchase pizza from there, but I have this feeling it will be an eat-in night, what with so many people in the house and low cash flows.
Fanboys/Gathering People: Anyone have any qualms about just making homemade pizza instead of ordering-in? If so I can pick up a TON of pizza dough or pizza crusts tomorrow while I'm at work.
