Well, thanks to Deep Fried Live's new episode, I have a hankering to make Crab now.. and on the way back from Chris and Ysa's (on my way to work) I noticed a seafood store that sells Dumblerdurn... er... Dumbledore... er, no, ... the crab from the West Coast. They're expensive but good... a 2 pound crab can hold about 1/2 a pound of meat, and that would definitely be enough for a person.
*watches episode* Dungeness Crab. That's it.
The only problem stopping me is the "dismantling" part, as well as the fact you cook them live... *shudder*
And now I have good reason to avoid "crab butter" like the plague.
TK's tail should be here by Wednesday! :)
TK's head should be shipped out mid-week, too, so I can get it repaired ASAP... :(
