So, this was a very nice weekend. ^_^
Saturday, there was a wedding. A marvelous wedding. Since I had not been to a wedding since I can remember, this was a very important one for me - but I digress, this was not as important to me as it was for the new couple, Mel and Phil. ^_^ The wedding was in a comfortable, small church, and everyone was in their best clothes. It was so nice. :) The reception also went smoothly, with a couple of toasts called, and many clinking of glasses. ^_^ It was a great wedding, altogether. Much dancing followed the ceremonies, and - I must say, with the Fanboys there, there had to be some J-Pop... so Yatta was played XD
Congratulations again to Mel and Phil. I hope the happy couple are enjoying their honeymoon in Niagara Falls! :)
Sunday, I went and saw ASIMO. He's smaller than I thought! Chris came along and saw it, too - it was pretty cool to see it fairly close - I only wish I coulda been able to interact with it, but that would've taken FOREVER. There were a LOT of people there for that one showing alone...
And that night was Thanksgiving dinner, for us Canucks. The pumpkin pie (with real cooked pumpkin!) was wonderfully light, and of course I loaded up on turkey and stuffing. ^_^
Well, I have a couple of links for ya... more when I get home, probably, too. I have to unload my Palm...
This is a nice little Point-And-Click Adventure game.
sierralad referred me to this - by the creator of Something Positive, the LiveJournal of a dead man!
Today is Explorer's Day in Animal Crossing. I wonder if Jason in Takero is going to get any presents from people... Hm. Tutu wants a Pear. *hint hint*
