And on a entirely different note, I baked Tako's Black & Tan Cookies today. They taste pretty good, and I only slightly singed the first batch (of 3) ^_^

What is baker's sugar, exactly? Is there another term for it? Is it a form of icing sugar, or is it a granular, beige-coloured sugar (unlike brown sugar)?

i think its icing sugar, not to sure ^^;
