Interesting. I've always through McAfee's "Live Internet Chat" sounded too perfect to be true. But what they say is so carefully crafted that it can't possibly be a human on the other end. I've visited them countless times, and it doesn't matter who I talk to, they all sound the same.
The only logic I can see is that there's either a program decoding my text (a la Majestic) or there's a person selecting "form" responses. I figure it's the former, even if I'm talking to "Simon Rogers".
