I think I was too enthusiastic to move forward and start exercising wherein I had zero exercise for quite so much time. Yesterday I walked for a good hour (to work and back), and spent 60-90 minutes doing my physiotherapy stretches. As such, after walking to work today, my body ached, and I got a lift home from a friend. I keep forgetting about the 'rest' part of exercise; as such, I think I'll just take my car to work tomorrow for fear of doing further damage to my body. Then I'll walk on Friday when I don't need to take my car...

Speaking of exercise, I saw that TVTropolis/Global is making a Canadian version of Wipeout. I love watching this show and even if I didn't win, I'd want my chance at the odd obstacle course, so I think I may give it a shot and send in an application. What have I got to lose (other than dignity)? :)

Just by chance, I saw an episode of "The Lab" with Leo Laporte where they suggested that Nexxtech Wireless Headphones were a great deal. I had this feeling I remembered the name; they're a pseudo-generic brand from The Source. So, I figure that it might be wise for me to maybe get some wireless headphones so that I can play games and such without disturbing Christine, so I went looking. I found three with a rather cheap price: the aforementioned Nexxtech (though only available online), a set by Sony, and one by Sennheiser, which I believe is a fairly reputable company. Christine got me some from RCA back at Christmas time, but I couldn't get a good signal at all. Maybe these might be a good replacement. I'm gonna stop by there tomorrow to see if any are available, and if there's any benefit of one over the other. Plus, working for Bell has its advantage in that we get further discounts on The Source stuff :)

And now, let me just say this... I used to hate sleeping during the day when I was on overnight shifts. But now, it's 9:15 and it's still surprisingly bright outside! Have the sun set already! ;P
