(no subject)

Christine and I went out with Mike last night to see Ratatouille. I'm glad I got to see that in the theatres! You know, the entire time I watching that movie, I totally was lost in the world - Christine mentioned that "Paris looks good in CG". XD There was a couple of times that I pulld myself away from the story and looked at the CG, and I was still impressed - Remy's body squashes and stetches as he runs, his chest "breathes" fast after he's run a little bit - and almost as quickly as I notice those little effects, I'm back in the story. I love Brad Bird's works, and this one is no exception. :D

I've ended up making a soup/stew for dinner tonight with fresh bread. Yes, I think I was psuedo-inspired by the film. :P (I also found a Ratatouille recipe that I'm intruiged to try, for good reason.)

The next Pixar movie was announced with this movie as well, and of course I'm intruiged by the idea of Wall*E. The realism of the teaser trailer looks astounding. :D
