H2G2 posted an interesting read on how to disperse a crowd (through means such as tear gas, loud music, slippery substances, etc). It also has an entry on the History of Yeast which I have yet to read.
Yesterday I stopped by Sedona Place for a little Open House and I was really, really happy with what I saw there. Considering the price, the space was open and inviting, and the view from the balcony was just sweet! I'm really considering looking into getting myself a place there. It was renovated recently, too (about $2-million was put into it, and it was over a lot of details such as the walls, elevators, parking... they covered all the bases). They aren't allowing the place to be investor-driven (i.e. rental-only) as the place was originally an apartment building. But it seems that they need a lot more people to sign-up, so I've got a little while before I lose the opportunity.
Following that, I went down to Emily & Erin's and had a good ol' Party on the Stoop. I wish I didn't have to work as I am right now (someone needs to tell me holiday schedules, dammit!) so I could've stayed later. Ah well. Next time. :)
I'm also on a bit of a hunt for the new DVD Atmosfear game. Amazon.ca doesn't carry board games, and the Toys R Us I went to yesterday claimed they didn't carry non-family games (yet he did say they carried Risk... o.O;;) Anyhow, I'm gonna go check around downtown and maybe stop by the TRU on the way home if I have no luck in the Eaton Centre.
