This morning I woke up with a GOD-AWFUL back-pain. It was so stiff it took me a good while to get out of bed. Thankfully I woke up earlier than my alarm so I could get up, turn off my alarm, schlep downstairs to down a concoction of Aspirin, Vitamin C and Echinachea, then take a shower. I haven't felt major back pains today since, thankfully.
Doc says I don't have Strep Throat. Good. But I still have something. He suggests it's a cold, and that it'll work itself out eventually. This is one damn ugly head-cold.
At work today, Javier was with me. If I call in sick tomorrow (I really should just sleep this damn cold off) he'll be taking the night shift, anyhow. The Closet is now called The Mess, as there's nothing but a stack of empty boxes and a number of electronics scraped together to keep us afloat. And they took the power cord to the Laptop by accident, so we can't even surf the web! To top it off, it'll most likely take 10 business days (2 weeks!) - not 3 days - to get the new place running... ;_; O.o Horror of all horrors, it was a bad day today.
As I said I would, here's the pictures I took of the con. Too bad I really don't have a real Digital Camera. Some of these might have looked better. :P

A single Dark Chii.
These two Chiis were together all the time. I applaud all the inventive ways that they made the Persocon ears. (speaking of "Persocon", I have just discovered that an ordinary, everyday desktop PC in Japan these days is called a "Persocon"...)
That was a really impressive Kurumi outfit.
As was this Morrigan outfit. Dammit, what a bad shot...

Starting off the ConFic the wrong way... with a hot scene between Chibi-Chaos and Chibi-Hotaru... O.o;;;
Chaos being Smited. Several Times.
Chaos being walloped with the Hello Kitty Hammer.
Chaos' reaction after Hotaru "grabs Chaos & shoves his face into her chest!"
Chaos' reaction after Emily delievered a mighty loud Bitch-Slap!
...followed by a Nipple Twist!

Yes, that is Wolfwood dancing DDR... with his cross. He knocked out a light panel in the ceiling and they were putting it back in when I snapped the shot.
There's the YTV Setup, just outside the dealer's room...
That has got to be the biggest HARO I've ever seen...
And for sitting through all this... a cute pic of Jake. ^-^
Oh yeah! Have you all been good little kiddies and bought Wierd Al's newest album?
