I ain't returning to Best Buy again.

After discovering the Webcam doesn't work, I took it back, along with the microphone as I got some awesomely horrid echoing.

Of course, when I took it to return it, it worked on their test machine. Of course. But they accepted them back, so I went to pick up one of the chaper ones that I had my eye on. As with all good big-store companies, they were sold out of that particular item.

So, I picked up my headset and went to Customer Service and waited to be served.

And waited.

And waited.

And waited.

It must've been at least 15 minutes before I finally got served - and I was at the front of the line. Some people behind us got served first because they bought some other product beforehand.

Needless to say, I'm not very happy. Thankfully, I got my money back and it wasn't "Credit".

If I want to find a webcam for Seanna now, I know where I'll go. Future Shop, and I'll ask them to get it from their "competitor that bought you out", because I'm not returning there.

Emily was with me through this whole thing. I feel bad that I had her wait with me for the 30 minutes >_<

Well, may as well try to install this other one...
