Uguuuu~~~... I come in to work today and they're "upgraded" the Odetics system to the newest patch.
Of course, it seems that companies just don't beta-test patches anymore. As we got the program operating, it wasn't communicating with the Playback channel. This means that the shows suddenly stopped going to air. O_o
After a few hours of wondering what could possibly be the problem, because nothing has been changed since yesterday aside from the program itself, we decided to go back to the old program. And it worked.
I got a call from the Odetics guy a full 2 hours after Paul left (they're in Texas, so when he called it was only 3:45 or 4:45, meanwhile here it was 6:45). He'll call again on Monday, but it seems kinda pointless since we're going to have the Odetics guy who trained us in Toronto on Thursday anyhow, so he'll just sit down with us and see what our problems are.

A Megatokyo Moment... this one had me laughing for a while!
(Speaking of which, they sold out of Kimiko Blankets... again.) And he's been watching Haibane Renmei... now I have to watch it. It sounds like it's a really moving anime ^_^
...but first... I'm gonna listen to some Tatu... THEN I'll watch an episode... and oly one... yeah right...
