We are running Odetics at work! W00t! Yatta! Sw33t! etc... now we don't have to worry about the Editing Machine crashing in the middle of the night, or the Profile being wonky... Odetics will handle all our Automation! ^_^
...and I'm also partially relieved that I'm now on my 4-day weekend, as this way I don't have to deal with the first 5 days of Odetics ^_^ - I'l return and a list will be waiting for me of do's and dont's ^_^
Wow... I wasn't aware that the ending song to Hellsing - Shine, was sung by a group called Mr. Big until Sheena told me. Immediately, I thought of the 1980s musical group... it kinda sounds like them, too. On this link, it mentions that Ishii (the musical director) got a little help, from - as I had thought - the North American group:
Ishii is assisted in this task by none other than recently defunct big-hair band Mr. Big, whose '91 international chart topper "To Be With You" remains a perennial favorite among Japanese karaoke aficionados. Hellsing's ending theme song, "Shine," can also be found on Mr. Big's final album Actual Size. Having an English language band contributing to the soundscape of an anime isn't any new turn though, as fans of Lain and Riding Bean will quickly inform you. However, Mr. Big is the most well-known group to do so.
Sw33t. ^_^
Dom's rant (lower right, below the comic) on Megatokyo has confirmed something I was wondering about. When is Guilty Gear XX coming out? Go check it out and find out ^_^
