Hm... what to say...
Well, I went with Kristy to Pacific Mall today, and did some more Para Para. I've learned that the Nonstop Mode lets you pick 3 songs and gives you a fourth randomly chosen. Thankfully, I managed to get through them all ^_^ I can successfully manage to get through 6-star "Hard" songs on Freestyle. Then some other kid always hops on afterwards, chooses "Para Para" and does the official moves. He looks cooler, but the moves are much easier than Hard and I feel better getting a higher score. ^_^
I also went to Guitar Freaks (the last time I played I think they were on 4th Mix - it's now 8th Mix), hoping to find "You Give Love A Bad Name" (yes, the Bon Jovi song), and it wasn't there... so I played a couple of songs, then picked one purely on the picture. Kristy told me it was "Romansu"... and it turned out to be the Sexy Commando Opening. O_O What luck! I failed the song (I need more practice), but damn! I wouldn't expect "Ai ni kizuite kudasai" to be playing in the background while I'm wailing on a guitar :P
We watched some Hellsing (I've seen up to 8... only a few more episodes to go! Now if I could watch this much anime a night, I wouldn't be feeling silly for having my unopened DVDs O_o), and in preparation, made a "Bleeding Heart" Jello. It... kinda... fell apart, but it was worth the try. ^_^ (Bleeding Heart Jello is Jello with a bit of milk mixed into it to make it opaque, and you put a zipper-bag full of red-coloured corn syrup inside the middle of the Jello before it sets... when you cut it, it "bleeds" ^_^)
And, well... it's still COLD. Dad was at the point of telling the guys to take the furnace back out tomorrow and reinstall the Oil Tank, because it's been a full week now without heat. So, tomorrow someone should be coming by sometime to finish up (well, they've said that this whole week) and get the dratted house warm again.
I was passed along this link to a Megaman (Rockman) Neo flash... it is by far one of the awesomest videos I've seen. Whomever made this (it doesn't say who in the flash) could very well design Megaman characters for a living ^_^ I especially like the "Maniac Bomber"-type character ^_^
One more thing... for some odd reason Penny Arcade is having a Pirate Jokefest in their newsbox. Yes, Pirates.
