Here I was, musing just a couple of days ago about going back to New York to visit the real Ghostbusters headquarters, the Hook & Ladder, and ThinkGeek points out that it might be closed-down. :(

I know of quite a few friends who would be saddened to hear of this news, myself included. Somehow, this needs to become a historic building! It's a Geek Mecca, yes, but it's our Geek Mecca!

(I thought for a moment that I was referring to the Zuul building, and suddenly realized that preserving that building might be a bad decision. Cats and Dogs living together and all that.)
