The OS-tans get officially recognized

So I was discussing with ravenworks over Google Wave ("oh yeah, I forgot I had an account, I should check on it!") about the OS-tans, and the discussion came up about Windows 7-tan.

So, on a whim I decided to check up on it and see what's going on in the OS-tans, and bam, apparently Microsoft has an official Windows 7-tan, named Nanami Madobe (Nana=7, Mado=Window).

Apparently Windows7 in Japan shipped with an OS-tan theme, even, complete with voice actress work from Nana Mizuki.

Holy crap. XD;; I can't figure out if that's a stroke of marketing genius, or if the fans would be so enraged that their idea has been appropriated and sold out X3;

I did, but I have no idea WHY they put that there. Kinda freaked me out when I saw it. Definitely not part of the theme XD

Yeah, maybe I should've gone and looked for another video :P
