I'm talking about the playability of the demos only. Not the system. I've been far more supportive of the Wii in general. I'm going by Next Gen's account on E3, since I wasn't there, and they seem to be the only kinda non-biased, non-fan raving site on the web.

I think it (rumble) in a dual shock, multiple speed variancy as it has been before, would have been difficult mostly due to power consumption. Also, from what I understand, the situation is a bit different in both controllers. I'm guessing Sony's using some cheap ass gyro trick in their controllers (which would be interferred with if they rumbled, because the gyros in the controller would shake), and Nintendo is using Magic. That's right. Magic. :D (I think Nintendo's probably uses something more complex to deal with the infared sensor rather than using gyros) Seriously, that lawsuit probably didn't help, as another generation of shock technology would just add to their mounting payout right now. Even if it was expected to be there, I'm not sure most players really notice it much. They might notice it now that it's gone, but usually it hasn't really been an integral part of gameplay.

I'm not going to buy a PS3 because of a lot of different reasons, not the least of which is that I have an extremely waning love of (console) games right now. I've stated before that Wii is probably the system for me. I've also said that I won't be able to help myself probably when ZOE3 comes out on it (if it does) in about 3 years. BluRay aside, (something else I've ranted about on my own LJ, if you read in the past week) the PS3 is not really fitting into my lifestyle or life attitude, and I'm not exactly happy with Kutaragi either.
