From the discussion last night, I heard that we had decriminalized small amounts of marijuana a couple of years ago, then there was a big debate on what a "small amount" was, lots of confusion and police not bothering to write people up as it was a giant confusing hassle about the legalities of it all, and apparently it's still not in the good books to be carrying it.

However, it seems to be readily available everywhere, if you have a contact. *shrugs*
