Has anyone actually tried to make an imitation Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster? I want to try, but I doubt I have any of the ingredients.
Apparently Funimation (the dubbing company that brought us Drag-On Ball Z) has acquired One Piece and Galaxy Police (the new Tenchi Muyo spinoff series). One Piece I can understand (it's another 100+ episode series) but Galaxy Police? Like we need any more Tenchi O_o
...admittedly, I used to like it... until they started cranking out show after show...
A couple of days ago they were shooting a part of a Film called "Highwaymen" around the corner from IPTN. I couldn't see it up-close, but according to the police blocking the road, they were doing a stunt dragging a Saab on it's roof or something like that. >.<
Oh yeah, speaking of cars, I saw a Mini today. It was so SMALL! However, I was really draw to the Interior. It looks very sleek, European, and there's not a mess of dials cluttered behind the steering wheel. The speedometer is located between the Driver and Passenger sides, normally where the radio or CD player would be. And it's HUGE. (If you have a nagging significant other, this would not be a good car to speed in, because they don't even have to lean over to see how fast you're going ^_^)
In Japan, you don't walk into a dealership and say "yes, I'd like that car please" and drive off with it. You customize the car to your liking, and it could take a long time for it to arrive. The Mini does the same, apparently. Look at their website and try building your own car. Considering they only have two models, it's not difficult to start out. ^_^
It's a bit expensive tho O_o $25,000 Canadian for a standard car... actually, that may not be too bad if I get a cheap apartment...
lol, I looked into Heated Seats, and here's the first line: "Canadian winters make the Heated Seats option a necessity." *agrees wholeheartedly*
The price of my car ended up being $27,420 after all the extras. *shrug* Maybe my first car will be a beater... :P

Yeah, new cars are expensive. Too expensive.
Mew. You will never find a cheap apartment in toronto, unless you a) are a student sharing with 3 other people or b) find a tiny basement in Scarborough....it kind of sucks like that. Mooch off your parents until you can buy a condo in a place that doesn't smell! Apartments all smell. Of dogs/cats/people/cooking/unknown. And there is always something greasy on the front door handle of the building...always. ick ick ick.

Trying to find a cheap apartment in Toronto is like trying to find a $500 car that isn't on cinder blocks.

They're incredibly rare here, since they've just been introduced maybe about 2 months ago.
