The bugs are only a couple of millimeters long, so picking them off one at a time would be really time-consuming. But the plant is actually quite hardy; I can basically grab a leaf and wipe a damp cloth over it and all the bugs are gone without losing the leaf. They're not too permanently affixed, thankfully, and they're easy to spot because of these waxy cotton-like eggsacs they make.
