I managed to find the first translated Chobits Manga! I went to a comic store that I hadn't visited for one-and-a-half years and there it was. I haven't been this impressed with a manga ever... Chii (or "Chi" as written in the manga) is ultra kawaii and does more stuff than in the anime. There's also a bit of nudity, unlike the anime... I just noticed it has an "OT" (Older Teen) rating - and with good reason. ^_^ Well worth the $15 :D Quick note: Sumomo ("Plum") has a 'screensaver mode' ^_^

I have never been so moved by any manga than I have been with Chobits. I'm moved to tears by the way Chii learns and reacts.

I'm regretting not picking up the original manga with the omake postcards. v_v (Primary function at CNAnime: FIND CHOBITS MANGA AND PARAPHENALIA. ^_^)

I had to train someone at CTC today. My throat is not used to air conditioning... it got harsh and scratchy by the end of the day. Furthermore, I was training, so I was talking. I don't typically talk much, so my throat must've received a major exercise today.

I walked from IPTN to Queen subway at 11:30 at night. Lots of activity and less clubs than the area around U8TV, I felt safer. Apparently the Jazz Festival was on tonight, so the 3 streetcars (only 3!) were packed and I opted not to take that. My feet ache...

I passed 2 restaurants that had questionable names- "Tasty Chicken" and "Dependable Halibut & Chips".

OMG, two girls across from my seat in the subway are eating Jelly Bellys and comparing them to Bertie Bott's Every-Flavour Beans. ^_^

I hope Shu-chan is having a great time at ShoujoCon... She worked so hard on perfecting her costumes!

My family is going up to the cottage next Saturday (the 27th), which means I'll have no car to go to the J-Pop Dance, but that doesn't mean I can't attend. I hope that my IPTN schedule is favourable...

I have to finish the Yorokonde outfit within the next few days. I want to make sure that it looks right and fits right...
