Well, I managed to make something new for dinner tonight.
Lemon Chicken:
Place four frozen chicken breasts in a frying pan on about 1/3 full power. Add about a cup of lemon juice and cover.
Wait for the chicken to turn white (about 10 minutes), then shift the chicken around - flip all four pieces and move them so that the uncooked chicken will get cooked this time.
Cook at the same heat for another 10 minutes. Add Pepper and a lemon slice to the tops of each chicken piece. Cover and keep simmering until the liquid in the pan almost becomes nonexistant.
It worked! Another Hakkai special, I guess ^^;
And I most definitely am making more of that French Chocolate Silk icecream... it's almost gone, and everyone who's had some has commented on it ;)
