Man, I am so tired... 2 days to the con, though. :)

My Cobalt (Tsukuyomi) seems to have a bit of a tempermental engine at times, and I'm finally going to do something about it. I've noticed that sometimes when I switch from reverse to drive, and then put my foot on the brake, the engine revs (which causes the car to lurch forward)! Obviously, this has started to concern me as I've almost had the car lurch into other cars in parking lots, or columns in the underground parking lot.

So, right after I get out of work here, I'm handing Tsukuyomi over to the local GM dealership to deal with it, and then I'm sleeping.

S'funny, now that I think about it, Amaterasu had similar troubles with the axles (i.e. they suddenly bent out of shape, causing a squeaking noise from the wheels). I'm just thankful this kind of stuff is all covered under warranty - if it's not I may have something to take up with GM. It's not exactly giving me confidence in them right now.

Speaking of dealing with companies, it appears that my replacement copy of GHIII was lost in the mail. Maybe I'll just sell my GHIII set when I get the disc regardless, the want to play it has passed. :\

Edit: As the engine revving is random, the guy at the dealership didn't want to look at it. He suggested that I might be hitting the gas with my foot that's on the brake, but after I attempted to do that, I would definitely notice that. In any case, I will be making a note of this to GM and being careful - and if, heaven forbid, the sudden revving causes an accident, I will point my finger at them.
