Here's a few interesting links I've picked up over the past few days. TIme for a link-dump. :P
Haile is a musical robot that listens to music and can join in. There's a video of it here.
I have a half-bag of Fritos here, and I can't remember where it came from. Was it from the Condoversary? Regardless, I was reminded of King of the Hill's specialty of Frito Pie. Man, it's simple. There's even a Snack-ish size recipe for it, too... and that one is pretty funny. Just eat it right out of the bag! :P
Music fans will probably know of this website, but I was unaware of it until today. Pandora is part of the Music Genome Project, an analysis of music which can recommend other artists based on your musical tastes. I put in Weird Al Yankovic and Evanescence and it returned Flyleaf, of which I recently discovered. It's very fluid and eerily good at identifying people's tastes.
Speaking of, I never mentioned a song on Weird Al's latest album - Close But No Cigar is definitely a Cake clone, right down to the horns, the "aw yeah"s and the strange clackerbox sound that I have no idea what it's called.
Also, one more: A few 3D renders include a few Optical Illusions near the bottom of the page which, apparently, can be made in realspace. But it's a trick of the eyes, still. ;)
